Singing in Schenectady Oct. 12, and NY State Convention Oct. 19-20

Dear Singers,

We are having our regular singing this Saturday, October 12, from 1 to 3:30 pm -- looking forward to it after many weeks off!

Also, a reminder that the New York State Sacred Harp Convention is next weekend,October 19-20, in Ithaca:

New York State Sacred Harp Convention, taking place Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 19-20, 2024.

Place: Enfield Valley Grange, 178 Enfield Main Rd. (Rt. 327), Ithaca, NY  14850.

Times: Saturday 10 am-4 pm; there will also be an evening sing from 7-9 (music from other hymnals or new compositions welcomed at this time; please bring copies to share).

            Sunday  10 am-3 pm

Dinner on the grounds both days.

COVID policy: We ask that singers complete a COVID test (showing as negative) on the morning(s) of their attendance. If a singer has been exposed to COVID or is feeling ill, we request that they not attend. Because public singing events indoors carry a higher risk of spreading COVID, we wish to optimize the well-being of all those who attend. [We will also have tests on site, if you need to use them.]
