Dear Singing Friends,

Have you made the acquaintance of the new GREEN edition of the Sacred Harp? It's our once-every-generation "renewal of the storehouse of song," and we have been having a good time getting to know some of the great new songs (many with local and regional connections) and the outstanding typesetting and other features of the new tunebook.

Good news to anyone who'd like to sing from it while the calendar year still matches the year on the cover:

* We are singing every Saturday between now and January 17 except for

* November 8 (Berkshire Foothills in Ashfield Mass. instead)

* November 22 (just canceled because of likely low attendance)

* However, please always check our website for updates and information

* Please note that we are back in the Great Hall (not in the church building). Enter from the door near the stairs that go down from the parking lot to the church. Wheelchair accessible.

* Thanks to everyone who made the 2025 NY State Sacred Harp Convention such a success. We had 85 singers singing 160 songs in Albany's German American Club!

* We are always looking for new singers who might enjoy sharing the songs we love. Please forward this email with a word of explanation to anyone who you think might like to join us!
