The Massachusetts Albanian American Society is happy to announce that Sidita Hasi will become its first Executive Director effective April 1st. Sidita is originally from Shkodra and currently works for FedEx Trade Networks as a Transportation Product Analyst. She studied Business and Economics at the Università degli Studi di Perugia in Italy, and also received a Masters Degree in Organization Leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
Sidita will gradually get more involved in organizing MAASBESA activities and in public relations and sending out various announcements so you will be hearing more from her in the near future. We are sure some of you already know Sidita, since she has been actively involved the past two years in the Albanian Professional Network of Boston. We hope that many of you will come to meet her when MAASBESA holds its Annual Meeting some time in April.
Finally, so that there are no misunderstandings and/or misinformation, we would like you to know that Sidita has offered to be the Executive Director without compensation. So Sidita will be a great help to us not only by volunteering several hours per week on behalf of the Albanian Community of Massachusetts, but also by helping us to conserve financial resources that can be used for other purposes.
Thank you very much, and we look forward to seeing you this spring
