Norway is not working..... WHY

Hi 

The Mimesbronn.no side in Norway is not working and have been so in many years now.

Is there anybody that can share any info on that matter. I did send some E-mail to the side but in vain and newer got any answer at all. I do feel it`s a lack of freedom to not have this possibility in Norway and is it so that the Norwegian authorizes was trying to take it down and succeed?

Hi Raro,

I'm not sure but I think it shut down due to lack of resources.

Norwegian authorities were not involved in the shut down AFAIK.

I'd be happy to start a new GDPR- and Schrems II-friendly Alaveteli platform in Norway if there were funding sources for that.

Thanks for answer and positive feedback.

The Norwegian authorities did claim that Mimesbronn.no was some sort of journalism and should use some special GDPR rules!!

The Mimesbronn.no group did not figure it out how to do the site after these special GDPR rules and gave up on it. Both Denmark and Sweden are running an Alaveteli groups and under same GDPR rules but did not shut down because of it!! So I do thing the Norwegians authorities did in fact try and succeed to close the MB group by claiming some unrealistic demand for MB and stopping people to have possibilities to look into officials matters and show the answer to everybody. Have to be looked at and put under control by us the people. 

If people did read the answers from Norwegian authorities then it was quite often some non-willing gesture to have the answers on display for everybody...... all the time. Because some one was maybe lying and did not like to have it open for the public.
