Alavateli implementation in Kosovo

Hello all,

Just wanted to let you know that our NGO FLOSSK has deployed Alavateli in Kosovo.

It's here http://dumedite.org. "Du me dite" means "I want to know" in Albanian.

Some improvements are still needed.

Would be nice if you could list us under Sites http://alaveteli.org/deployments/ If I need to raise a Github issue on this or edit the code, please let me know.
