Hi all,

I've created a release branch for the next Alaveteli release (release/0.46.0.0)[1].

We plan to merge this into master and release it early next week.

Highlighted Features [2] and Upgrade Notes [3] are available in the changelog.

Please get in touch via this mailing list if you have questions or concerns with any of these changes.

As ever, a huge thanks to everyone who contributed.

Cheers,

Hi all,

This release was merged to master last week and was quickly followed up with a hotfix, v0.46.0.1.

The hotfix addressed warnings present in the output when using the latest version of Ruby 3.4.x.

Unfortunately, with the hotfix, we found a strange issue on one of the sites we host. It appears that if you are using Phusion Passenger, there can be a gem conflict preventing the site from starting. If you experience this, then stick to the 0.46.0.0 for now.

The full final list of changes can be read here [1].

Before upgrading, please read and perform the actions described in the upgrade notes available in the Changelog [2].

Cheers,
