Exim log of supposed undelivered address

Hi guys,

I have a user that says that one email did not get to a specific address. Can you please check the logs and tell me if there is anything wrong? And any advice on how to fix this? Last time I checked we are not in the spam list for gmail, we have dkim signature for http://nuvasuparati.info. We have lots of gmail addresses and we got answers from some of them.

I added the full mail logs for the address that did not work.
exim -bt -d primaria....@gmail.com 2>&1 | tee > primaria.caransebes.log

Hi Andrei,

It looks to me like both the original request and the follow up request for an internal review were accepted for delivery by the gmail mail server - that's the meaning of the "250 2.0.0 OK". So it may have gone into the receiving account's spam folder, but it certainly hasn't been rejected.

Thank you for your reply!

My domain is not in a blacklist from what I know. And, as I said, I have DKIM configured. I created a new GMail account and sent a email from the command line:

echo "Some mail body" | mail -s "Some mail" -r ad...@mydomain.info my_new_gma...@gmail.com

It went straight to Inbox.

I will tell the user that it might be in spam and I will resend another email for the FOI request to the public body from the admin interface. But I think it's highly unlikely to be in the spam folder.
