public_body#list (PG::ConnectionBad) "connection is closed"

Hi all,

As I told you before I am upgrading Alaveteli to v23. I just migrated
the old database in my Vagrant, ran the migrations and now I am getting
an error which I think is related to collation.

You can see all the details and the error in the attached file.

What do you think I configured wrong? The home page shows the numbers of
the successful requests and the public bodies so I guess it connects to
the correct database.

Sorry about this. We're about to release a hotfix for this issue:

We should have it out early next week. I'll reply here when its released.
