Dear All,
Very recently we filed a writ petition in Supreme Court of Nepal to protect right to Privacy and Data protection.
Yesterday, The Supreme Court (SC) issued a show cause notice to the government as to why phone calls and SMS details collected by the Nepal Police during investigations should not be destroyed.
I am sharing the news believing that it could be useful in your context and you can share your experience to us which will be useful for us to frame arguments for final hearing.
