Hi everybody

For those of you who were awarded travel grants to attend AlaveteliCon, we're now in a position to start paying them out.  To claim, you need to provide me with the following bank information, and let me know if you're claiming the full amount of the grant, or less than that.

Full beneficiary name
Full beneficiary address
Beneficiary Bank Identifier Code (BIC)
Beneficiary IBAN number/account number

The grants will be paid in United States dollars so please check with your bank that they're OK with accepting transfers in this currency.

PS - I've just added a downloadable delegate list to the website: http://www.alaveteli.org/alavetelicon-april-2012/delegates/  If you think you're coming to the event but your name isn't on the list, contact me ASAP!  (Likewise, if your name *is* on the list but you can't make it, let me know.)

I actually asked Seb last week to confirm that I was, so that's a
little alarming...

Dear Abi,

Thanks for your email. I would be making a total claim of $1,994. My Accommodation is $450 and my ticket is $1,544. I’ll produce the supporting paper work for this, when I come into oxford. My worry with a bank transfer, is that the banks here in Nigeria will deduct a %1 charge on the total sum that is transferred into the account.

I have attached our office bank details in the format required by our bank.

Many thanks,

Ene

Dear Abi,

I am Tanka Raj Aryal from Nepal. My International Flight Ticket cost is $1255. There is visa fee about $200. About the local travel cost and accommodation in UK, it will be confirmed after arrival there.

I would like to request to reimburse in cash instead of transferring the money in my account.

with best regards,

Could people please ensure they reply direct to Abi, rather than via
the mailing list, so we minimise unecessary traffic?

See everyone soon!

Thanks,

Seb
