Initial status for Health Inspection project

If you're interested in the health inspectors ratings for facilities throughout Anchorage then please join this project as a developer. There are still a few gotchas described in my first email into the group - mainly inconsistency with the search interface provided by the Muni.

We have all the facilities.. however due to how the data is presented getting all the addresses (I can do it.. but it would be very rude) can definitely be somebody elses challenge 

All you have to do is scrape the search database (using an ALNUM list) and correlate facility IDs in a script I've created already.

Our big goal right now is correlating facilities with yelp IDs (by way of Factual.. which has an amazingly fun API)
