just to let you know the author of that article was asked to resign (by me)
when he was aip vice chair as he caused a lot of divisions and was not
doing things to further the goals of the aip.

his writings are strewn with half truths and misleading information and
should be recognized as such.

it's best to ignore him and consider him the same as andrew halcro.
