Alarm Traq and CMS Servers

It's my understanding CMS Servers do not have the ability to dial out
to alarm in Alarm Traq. Yet on the Alarm Traq website it indicates CMS
servers can be monitored. Is there a way to have CMS servers notify via
a modem line for alarms?

CMS servers have the ability to notify AlarmTraq of alarms via the AOM
(Alarm Origination Module) loaded on the CMS server.
