Import Alarm function

I'm running the 5.0.477 version and am interested to see if I can use
the Import Alarm function if to test an application I'm working on. I
haven't been able to find any info on this besides the Help file that
says "Select this option to have AlarmTraq look in a specific path for
a file that contains an alarm record (used only for encrypted US Navy
sites)." Is this something that I can use or are there special
parameters that need to be configured?
