The BASH Shell and Scripting Language

Its madness, I know, but I want to do a pitch for the BASH shell and
scripting language.

Maybe I'm taking the educational part of our charter too seriously,
but I think BASH is a pretty legitimate topic. It is a standard
feature of OSX and Linux and is available for Win32.
