Last Known Version of SPUG Bylaws

Hi All!

In the interest of glasnost, I've posted the latest known version of
the SPUG bylaws in the "Files" section of this Google Group.

It's a PDF file so that everyone can read or print it easily. (I
hope)

It looks like the document could stand to be updated and I have also
uploaded an editable version to Google Docs. I hope you remember from
our Google demo that making it a Google Doc facilitates collaborative
maintenance of the document.

I'll keep you posted regarding any changes I make to that copy and I
suppose the changes will be ratified at some future meeting making it
the new current. Which would then be posted here again as a PDF file
replacing the one I just put out.
