New San Antonio .NET User Group at Geekdom

Hi All,

Just wanted to get the word out that we've started a new .NET user group at Geekdom (11th floor of the Weston Centre) which meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 5:30. 

Out next meeting will be this Tuesday, March 11th, from 5:30 - 7:30. We'll have pizza and beverages, and will have several 'quick hit' talks covering a variety of .NET developer-centric topics:

Introduction to Claims Identity - Ed Salinas

Using bithashes to improve the speed of complex sql queries - Zach Johnson

Working with an Azure-hosted development environment - Alex Holcombe

Standing desks and everything you've always wanted to know - Chris Hettinger

Parking and Directions:

FREE parking is available in the Weston Centre Parking garage. 

The Weston Centre is at 112 E Pecan St, but the parking garage is on the west side (Soledad St). Head up the "Public Parking" ramp. When you leave, the gate will be open for exit and you won't have to pay anything.

From the garage, take the elevator to the ground floor. Go through two sets of double doors and enter the main large foyer. The elevators are ahead on the left, and Geekdom is on the 11th floor.
