Hello,

Just a reminder that our Halloween Festival is this Sunday from 2pm-4pm. Bluff Heights, Bluff Park  and Rose Park neighborhood associations will be participating as well as Friends of Bixby Park.

It’s going to be an awesome event with crafts, games, free candy,  Hula Hoop  and a costume contest with Vice Mayor, Cindy Allen  as our judge.
