reminders and questions re: draft Sept minutes;

Attached is a first draft of minutes for our board meeting last week.  

Everyone:  Please take a look at the internal notes section at the end for reminders on practical matters that don't belong in the minutes.  

Jim:  Please look at the Finance Report section, which could surely be more accurate and concise with your review and editing.

Keith and Doug:  Please look at the Midpen MOU portion and revise for improved clarity and accuracy as desired.  I'm still not completely clear whether the total $200,000 amount we board members authorized was specific to APC, or if it also includes work (such as the resident design workshop that Keith and Michele and I attended) that presumably has been or will be jointly financed by APC+BFWC+OD.  I would like to be clear about that, especially if there's a chance that OD and/or BFWC might want to use a different design planning group going forward.
