draft Jan minutes plus followup assignmts

Many thanks to Jim for stepping up to take notes at last weeks APC board meeting, which I edited a bit and am now sending to all as the draft minutes.

You might notice that I included at the end a short list of what each of us will be doing to make next months retreat worthwhile for all of us.And am also pasting notes here:

Keith will take responsibility for seeing if it is possible to have someone from Midpen join us part of the time, [he has already done this--thanks Keith!]  and for helping us focus on the content we would want from such a discussion with the board and ED. 

Jim and Keith will think about the specific diligence activities relating to land use projects that we can use both to help us be fully informed partners with a developer, and  as opportunities to cultivate and recruit board members.

Sandra, Michele and Kathryn will create a specific agenda and prepare specific materials for information and discussion.  They will also make specific plans for lunch.
