Many thanks to everyone who was able to join us last night. We had another great tour, and got lots of positive feedback from our guests.
I’ve attached a copy of the guest list. Would those of you who attended last night coordinate follow-up calls between you? On the spreadsheet, the names highlighted in red are those who gave an RSVP, but did not attend. The name in green is someone who walked by, and is interested in a future tour.
The follow-up questions are below:
1. How did you find out about the tour?
2. What were the one or two best parts of the tour for you?
3. What can we do better on our next community tour?
4. Are there specific ways you might want to connect with APC staff and residents in the future? For example,
· as an ongoing, individual volunteer (in the children’s center, teen center , Ploughshares, Farm, other),
· as part of an employee or church group doing one-day volunteer projects,
· visiting Ploughshares for workshops or plant purchases,
· supporting the Farm by purchasing a “subscription” to its fruits and vegetables, helping us raise our visibility with the larger Alameda community, serving as a member of the board or a board committee
