الكبدة الدسمة
Foie Gras

هكذا يأتي الكبد معلبا من الخارج
As Liver-canned from aboard

وهي تظهر في القوائم الفاخرة التي مصدرها فرنسا
"Foie Gras" means "Fat Liver"
It's very luxury menu that originates from France

ولكن هذا الطبق يأتي من التغذية بالقوة للأوز أو البط والذي يتسبب لهم في مرض تضخم الكبد
But this dish comes from FORCE FEEDING a goose to make them develop FATTY LIVER DISEASE.

ولنشاهد المصدر لهذا الطبق الفاخر

Let's see the source of this wonderful dish...

يجري إجبار الوز/البط على الأكل حتى ولو لم تكن لديها شهية للأكل
The geese are forced to eat.., even if it does not desire to..

يجري إدخال الماسورة المعدنية من الحلق الى المعدة حتى ولو لم يكن لدى الوز/البط ادني رغبة في الأكل ولذلك لجعل الكبد لديها أكبر وأكثر سمنة
The metal pipe passes through the throat to stomach ...even if it does not want to eat anything to make the liver bigger and fatter...

ثم يوضع الوز/البط في اقفاص صغيرة جدا في وضع ثابت لمنع البط من الحركة وإستهلاك الأكل بإستهلاك الطاقة وبالتالي يتحول كل الغذاء الى دسم في اجسامها.
Cages are very small and they force the geese to stay in one position to avoid using energy, thus converting all food into fat.

تنتفخ ارجل الوز/البط من طول الوقوف يوميا. فليس هناك حاجة لنومهم لأنهم سيؤخذون ليأكلوا وجبة أخرى.
Their legs were bloated from long standing everyday. No need to sleep because they will be caught to eat again...

بالرغم من محاولاتهم للدفاع عن أنفسهم الا انه لافائدة
Although they try to defend themselves, but it is useless...

يجري إجبار الوز/البط على الأكل حتى الموت او حتى لاتستطيع أجسامهم التحمل
They are forced to eat until they are dead or their bodies can’t stand with this
وكما يظهر في الصورة الأكل الزائد يتسبب في موتها ويخرج من فمها
You see... the food is over its mouth...

إن البقية من الوز/البط التي يمكن لها العيش، يصيبها إحمرار دامي في مؤخرتها مع دم يأتي بسهولة في روثها
The left who survive have crapped to be inflamed hips...blood easily come up with the shit
ليس فقط يصيب الوز/البط ألم في الفم والحنجرة والمعدة وتورم الأقدام مع قلة النوم ومنع الحركة ولكن ايضا الحرمان من الحرية للحياة قبل موتها.
Not only mouth hurt, throat hurt , all time stomach ache from the food , Fat to bloated legs , no sleep , no excercise But also no free movement for life to see the sky or river

To get the beautiful and white liver that becomes unusually big like this
