Call your allotted freshies and motivate them and don't discourage them.
Also, inform them that the solution of both the papers will be available in Gurunath Xerox Shop from tomorrow and they can collect it from there.

Hi,

Mock quiz results will be emailed to all the freshers on their smail account by tonight. We didn't want it to publicize in any form and thus asked you all not to download and share it. Please tell your counselors about it. Also, inform them that the solution of both the papers will be available in Gurunath Xerox Shop from tomorrow and they can collect it from there. I am attaching the compiled scores which your counselors can use to motivate their counselees. I request you all not to publicize it or share (strictly not on LAN)

General Secretary has assured treat to them who made it happen. I will soon tell you details about it.

Important points to tell to the freshies:
1)They must carry the ID(smart) card for quizzes.
2)Not to go in shorts or 3/4ths for the quizzes.
3)Tell them to see the examination hall allotment in before and tell them to be there before 10min.
4)They must carry their own stationery.
