Hi Mark,

  I have owned Moonshadow, a 1976 Alajuela 38 MkI for 29 years and did a 14 year circumnavigation. I have sailed her around 60,000 miles. I live in Portland, Oregon and keep her on the Columbia river. This summer I sailed down the Columbia, across the bar. up the Washington coast to Vancouver, Canada. 

   She is factory finished, and when I bought her in 1996 I did a major refit, with new systems, motor sails, rigging.  I keep her in good shape and use her often.

   What questions do you have?
