TMPGEnc Movie Plug-in MPEG-2 for EDIUS Pro 8 is a plug-in that brings Pegasys Inc.'s MPEG encoder functions to Grass Valley EDIUS Pro 8. Our original Encoding Engine's high quality MPEG-2 encodes are praised not only by consumer users, but also by computer game and CG animation makers, making it the trademark of the TMPGEnc series.

By adding this Plug-in to your EDIUS station, you can use it to access the detailed settings of the MPEG-1/2 encoder engine used in Pegasys' products. From the file output, you can now generate Elementary streams containing video along with Dolby Digital or MPEG-2 AAC audio. In addition to the manual settings, you can also choose preset templates for DVD-Video, Blu-ray video, and HDV MPEG file output. Even without any technical knowledge, you can generate standard compliant video just by selecting a template.

You can set the profile up to MP@HL with a resolution of 1920x1080. You can also change the aspect ratio or framerate settings. Moreover, you can choose the display mode between Interlace or Progressive, and also Inverse 3:2 pulldown.

In Decision No. 202-01-08-33/PHPU.DPR-DPRD-XXII/2024 filed by the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), the Court through Constitutional Justice Arsul Sani stated that based on the statement of the Respondent's witness named Octovina Hanna Florida, there had been a delay in the distribution of model D.Result-DPRP forms to political party witnesses, because PPD Sentani did a lot of filling in blank data in DPT, DPTb, and DPK in 225 TPS, which should be the task of PPS in their respective TPS.

Christina Monalisa, another witness for the Respondent, also stated that the PPD of Sentani Sub-district had to race against time in calculating and filling in the vote acquisition data in the elections in the form of DPT and DPTb. For this reason, the Court sees that the time owned by the Respondent at the sub-district level to count, collect and match the vote acquisition data by PPD Sentani was not carried out on time. This in turn caused delays in the submission of the D. Form Result to the political party witnesses.

"After examining the evidence submitted by the parties, the Court still finds blank data and filling in the number of ballots, Final Voters List (DPT), Additional Final Voters List (DPTb), and Special Voters List (DPK) that differ from each other which causes doubts for the Court about the authenticity of the form of the evidence. Thus, it is necessary to recapitulate 225 TPS in Sentani District. Because what is requested by the Petitioner in the petitum is not the same as what is decided by the Court, the Petition is reasonable according to law in part," said Constitutional Justice Arsul Sani.

As a result, the Court in its verdict stated that it partially granted the Petitioner's petition; stating that the results of the votes for the filling of members of the Papuan People's Representative Council for Papua District 3 at 225 polling stations located in Sentani District must be recapitulated at the district level.

For information, during the Preliminary Session on Thursday, May 02, 2024, the Petitioner mentioned that the comparison of PKS votes according to the Respondent was 6,658 and the Petitioner was 6,671, so there was a difference of 13 votes. This difference occurred during the recapitulation at the Sentani sub-district/district level on March 02, 2024. The Petitioner stated that it rejected the vote acquisition in Sentani District because of the reduction of the Petitioner's votes and the addition of votes for 15 other parties, which affected the position of the 8th seat of the Papua Provincial DPRD. The Petitioner requests that the Court determine the correct vote count for the Papua Provincial DPRD in Dapil Papua 3, namely PKS with as many as 6,671 votes.

To evaluate the accuracy at various velocities of movement, we developed an instrumental model of linear and rotational movement, representing the physiologic movement of the hyoid and epiglottis, respectively. A still image of 8 objects was also used for measuring the length of the objects as a basic screening, and 18 movie files of the instrumental model, taken from videofluoroscopy with different velocities. The images and movie files were digitized and analyzed by an experienced examiner, who was blinded to the study.

Dysphagia, a difficulty in swallowing food, can be caused by a wide range of problems, including anatomical and physiological derangement in an area from the oral cavity to the esophagus, as well as a neurological impairment [1]. Because an impaired cough response can mask repeated aspiration and display no evident signs or symptoms, dysphagia is seldom diagnosed by clinical history alone [2]. Instead, a detailed assessment using a fluoroscope or an endoscope is required in many cases.

Modified barium swallow (MBS), namely videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS), affords a unique opportunity to observe the movement of the pharyngeal structures and food bolus [1]. The interpretation of MBS is, however, largely based on qualitative or, at best, semi-quantitative judgments by trained experts. Because the pharyngeal swallow occurs in a very short time, in 0.3 to 0.7 seconds [3], video recording is usually required. Although overt abnormalities, such as subglottic aspiration, can hardly be missed in the repeated observation of the recorded video clips, detecting minute differences or small quantitative changes in the swallowing motion is often a challenge, even to an experienced clinician. However, it was reported that the mean differences of distance for the hyoid movement during swallowing between healthy subjects and patients with dysphagia were merely several millimeters [4], bringing into question the sensitivity of MBS to detect small but clinically meaningful changes.

To overcome the limitation due to qualitative nature of MBS, swallowing kinematic analysis has been introduced and is now widely used [3,5-9]. Using a swallowing kinematic analysis as the interpretation method of VFSS enabled us to understand the pathophysiology of dysphagia in more detail [7,10]. It has also been used to confirm the therapeutic effect [11].

As in other biomechanical studies, the process of kinematic analysis is composed of many potentially error-prone steps, such as frame grabbing, digitization, identification of reference points, and anatomic points of interest, transformation of each point into new x- and y-coordinates, and normalization to the standard international units. In addition, the motion of some structure, such as the hyoid bone or epiglottis, are very fast at moments, while the typical rate of image processing of most fluoroscope is only 10 to 30 frames per second. This poses another question; whether the frame rate is high enough to catch up to the fastest motion of the structures. In this regard, validation of the swallowing kinematic analysis is necessary for the clinicians to interpret the results precisely. Although there have been many reports on the intra- and inter-rater reliability of the kinematic analysis on swallowing [6,9,12,13], to our knowledge, there has been no report on the accuracy of swallowing motion analysis. The present study aimed to validate the swallowing kinematic analysis at various movement velocities of the hyoid and epiglottis, using an instrument mimicking the physiological swallowing movement.
