Police in Tuscaloosa arrested a 41-year-old Hueytown man last
week and charged him with the first-degree rape of a teenager.
Sgt. Brent Blankley, a spokesman for the Tuscaloosa Police
Department, said the case opened in last November when juvenile
investigators received a report that a 14-year-old girl had been
sexually assaulted in the 1700 Block of 40th Avenue in
Tuscaloosa.
Two months later, a warrant was issued for the arrest of 41-year-
old Earnest Darnell Thomas, a Tuscaloosa man.
U.S. Marshals tracked Thomas to his workplace on Davey Allison
Boulevard in Hueytown and arrested him last Wednesday. Thomas is
charged with one count of first-degree rape.
Officers brought Thomas back to the Tuscaloosa County Jail,
where he remained Tuesday afternoon pending a $60,000 bond.
Editor's note: previous versions of this story identified Thomas
as a Hueytown man after Blankley did so in a press release.
Officials in Hueytown clarified that Thomas is a Tuscaloosa man
who was working in Hueytown, not living there.

Give me 8 to 10 minutes with this simple vagina and the girls
parents would know that his newly bronzed phallus was
permanently placed inside his mouth. And he may forever walk
erratically.
