Another hopeless cause I believed in a decade or so ago was to see a day
when Auburn and Alabama fans could live together in peace. at least they do
come together to bash the Athens folks.

BTW, there's an equally /ailing/ mewsgroup for the Roll Tide lovers, as
well:

http://groups.google.com/group/alabama.sports.alabama/topics?hl=en

Myself, I've had to endure enough spats between Alabama (Sulzbach, Vickie
Soho, et al) and Auburn (Dark Queen, Dave Soho et al) to last me a couple of
lifetimes...

I have not seen a message here all year, although I check this newsgroup
when I check my email every day.

Several years ago, we had a thriving community here. A couple of
complete assholes who were wanna-be Auburn fans finally made everyone
here decide that they'd rather pay money at other sites than sit through
the crap being spewed by those losers.

You can find history if you're interested.
