JOB TITLE: Master Planner / Scheduler
LOCATION: Birmingham, US-AL

SALARY : $55000 - $65000
DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking to fill multiple Master Scheduler / Planner positions for
facilities in multiple manufacturing locations. The qualified candidate needs
to have solid scheduling experience, ideally from a consumer products or
industrial products manufacturing environment. The qualified individual must
be degreed, have 7+ years scheduling/materials experience in a manufacturing
facility and must have SAP experience. The candidate ideally would have APICs
certification (CPIM or CIRM), strong organizational skills, proven experience
with cycle count, inventory, and work closely with buyers, production, and
distribution departments. Experience with optimizing / utilizing MRP / ERP
systems. Proven leadership skills with Bachelors Degree minimum.
This role will oversee all aspects of production scheduling, purchasing, and
overall materials management within the division. This person will work with
other departments supporting APQP, MRP/ERP, continuous improvement, Lean
Manufacturing in a JIT environment.
