Please have a look at this and...

...make sure you feel comfortable answering questions on all the material (well, mostly-all. we get to ask each other for help too :)

...tell me (or fix it) if I've done anything boneheaded

...do whatever you like with the part corresponding to a lecture segment you're prepping

...make the next steps stuff better (more concise, better links, whatever)

...do anything else you think would make it better!

Obviously the lightning talks segment is awaiting further info, but the rest is in theory ready to go (pending your feedback). --ay
