• Handling incidents, service requests, and changes related to platform administration.
• Creating and managing workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and platform-wide configurations.

Practitioner ServiceNow Administrator (L2)
Skills: Proficient understanding of ServiceNow administration and ITSM Processes.
Intermediate scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide API. Familiarity with multiple
ServiceNow Modules. Experience in managing basic integrations, data imports, security
measures and access controls.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Foundation
