Daniel, are you new to this? I have done KS for 5 years now and it changed my life. BElieve me, after being lost and tricked by the kabbalah practices and doing the wrong death star merkabah from Drunvalo Melchizédeck, I know ks is great and of all love. I feel a huge difference in my hologram and how i feel. The sometimes dense techniques are way worth the effort. Rest assured, they are all of Light. I attached a pic of me after a technique done at the beach last august.
