The form looks great!  Thanks for this - I hope this makes things easier to guide our response.  

If it would be helpful to meet tomorrow morning, I am happy to set up another Zoom meeting.  While I may or may not be able to join, the link would allow you all to communicate even if I wasn't there.  Also, I know Sylvia Heinz had offered at one point to help with the database - I notice she is not on the recipient list here.  Do we need to loop her in?

Can we set up a meeting to review the product when the viewable database is available Friday? It would be helpful for me to understand it and then think about how the Red Cross systems or request tracking could work alongside this system. A preview could also give VOAD an opportunity to figure out the best way to share this with the broader group. Does that sound good to folks?

I am with Adventist Community Services. Yesterday, I spoke with Kelley Biastock who was going to put together a spreadsheet to track village needs.

I volunteered to develop a spreadsheet application that will allow people to add to the database through an online form. Below is a link to a form that when populated will automatically populate the database. I would suggest that the link be sents to anyone who is receiving needs from villages. I will go through the data and look for duplicate entries. WeI will maintain the database and develop online access to view the village needs. Online viewing access will be available on Friday.

 

I hope this will help the relief. Let me know of form revisions required to meet the needs of the group.

 

Additionally, our organization will have our Wasilla and Palmer warehouses and donation pick up Box Truck activated tomorrow afternoon. Our plan is to pick up donations and temporarily store them in our warehouses, then stage them at either Palmer or alternate airports for shipment. If this first form is acceptable we are planning on developing another form that would track donations that need to be picked up and track the pickup progress. It would be similar to the form used with the resource needs request.
