College of Engineering Campus, Ahmedabad-380015. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ADMISSION PROGRAM For Degree/Diploma Engineering, Degree/Diploma Pharmacy for wards of Jammu & Kashmir Migrants (Year 2009-10)   Applications are invited from the wards of J&K migrants as per the provisions of the Government of Gujarat, Education Department Notification No. GH/SH/06/ 2009/PVS-102008-631-S dtd.06/05/2009 for admission to first year Degree Engineering, Degree/ Diploma Pharmacy courses after 12th(HSC) Science Stream and Notification No.GH/SH/09/2009/PVS- 102009-1062-S dtd.14/05/2009 for admissions to the first year of Diploma Engineering courses after 10th(SSC), in Govt./Grant-in-aid/Self-financed institutes. Application forms and other details are available on website: www.jacpcldce.ac.in.   Eligibility for admission for Degree/Diploma Engineering, Degree/ Diploma Pharmacy shall be as per above mentioned Notifications. Students applying under this category for admissions to the first year Degree Engineering, Degree/Diploma Pharmacy are exempted from GUJCET-09. Eligible and interested candidates should apply in the prescribed application form available on the website along with relevant documents and a demand draft for Rs.500/- for Degree Engineering, Degree/Diploma Pharmacy courses and Rs. 300/- for Diploma Engineering in favor of “Admission Committee for Professional Courses” payable at Ahmedabad so as to reach the Committee on or before 18/07/09 up to 5.30 p.m. It is mandatory to produce the Migration Certificate issued from the competent authority along with application, which may be noted. Applications received after the time limit shall not be entertained. Merit list of all eligible candidates shall be placed on the website on 21/07/2009 (Tuesday) at 03.30 p.m.   Counseling program will be held on 24/07/2009 (Friday) from 11.00 a.m. at the office of the Committee. No individual call letter will be issued. Candidates, whose names appeared in the merit list, shall remain present with all original documents & necessary part fees (Rs.1500/- for Govt. & Grant-in-aid institutes & Rs.20,000/- for self-finance institutes) at their own cost.
