Respected Dear Baratheri Member.

According to our scriptures, every being born in this mortal world comes into existence to perform his Karma and also reap or repay his previous births good or bad Karma.
In the crab cultured rat race of life some souls strive for their entire lives without achieving anything worth, either for their present or future birth, till Lord Yama arrives and consigns them to the pyre. Others accomplish miraculous achievements at the very onset of their lives. These young achievers realize their feat by severe penances (of diligence) and God gifted intellect. And they are the modern Yogis. The intellectual Yogis of the modern world live for the service and well being of the mankind, they formulate policies and programmes, plan and execute projects, create and develop amenities all for the comfort of humans and animals. They fight to trounce nature’s wrath of disease and destruction, conquer human and animal food deficiency, and do every bit to improve the living of all beings on this Globe. They incessantly endeavour the daunting challenge of preserving the flora and fauna of this beautiful and unique planet from destruction and extinction. We owe everything modern in today’s world to these Karmyogis and without their existence we would perhaps have been living an Adam’s life.
We are privileged to have some of these would be Karmyogis born in our community to some very lucky parents. Given a right break and a little bit of luck, these little masters of our community will make a marked difference in the world in their chosen fields.
I take this opportunity to introduce (list attached) some of these would be Karmyogis of our community that were felicitated by Kashmiri Pandits United Forum (Regd) in the recently concluded “Meet Our Bright Stars” programme in New Delhi chaired by Mr. Ajay Maken, State Minister Of Home Affairs, Government of India.
