Available apps, modules

Hi,

What are the publicly available apps and libraries on Akshell? Is
there an API that can be used to interrogate for public apps and
libraries?

http://old.akshell.com/apps looks interesting but is of course defunct
and the apps it lists are mostly broken or not really started, and
even then you had to find the right search terms. There needs to be a
grand master list.

The only place I've found libraries has been on github.com, but that
of course relies on people pushing up there.
