Hope you are all remind about this service and some you shown interest.

Now CSC, Govt. of India is taken this into a reality.

But any place of our district is not listed in the FLIP Roadmap attached

Eventhugh there is two chances for us

  1. according to CSC those in the FLIP Roadmap will get priority (only)

  2. ASPO giving opportunity to all districts.

So if any one interested and can qualify the conditions listed in the message from CSC, are requested to fill the VLE template and send the same on or before 16th of this month. We are directed to send the list by 17th.

As you are aware, the CSC SPV is in the process of becoming a BC for State Bank of India. We submitted our proposal to SBI on October 25th and have got an in-principal approval. The formal approval and signing should be completed in the next 2 weeks.

 

It has been proposed that in the first phase, pilots will be conducted in the following States, with about 50 VLEs in each State:

1) Kerala

2) Gujarat

3) Punjab

4) Himachal Pradesh

5) Maharashtra

6) Jharkhand

7) Arunachal Pradesh

8) Mizoram

 

 

As discussed previously, the implementation will be done in partnership with the SCAs. Please find attached the details of the implementation model that has been accepted by SBI. Based on this, you are requested to send me a list of 100 VLEs from your districts (as per attached format) who meet the following criteria:

1) Registered and active on the Online Monitoring Tool (OMT) for at least 3 months

2) Confirmation of hardware and internet connectivity at CSC

3) Minimum 10th standard pass

4) Should have no criminal history, as confirmed through police verification

5) Should have a clean financial history, with no cases of default

6) Should live in or own property in any of the villages that the VLE will serve as a KO/CSP

7) Preferably should have a history of actively providing services to citizens through the SCA, in the past 3 months.

 

Also note: If possible, please select VLEs who are present in the FIP villages assigned to SBI (list attached).

 

This list will then be submitted to SBI, who will select 50 VLEs to start the pilot. Please submit this list to me by Wednesday November 9th 2011.

 

Our aim is to start transactions by end of this month or early December.
