Subject: Steps to follow for bulk activation on Apna Dhan
Dear Sir/Madam,
Since we have stiff target for Apna Dhan and management is closely monitoring daily progress of the project, we have only option to do bulk registration of the VLEs for Apna Dhan.
Since every state have scheduled district level workshops either for FI or for CSC 2.0. We would suggest that if you follow the following steps, we would be able to achieve our target quite comfortably:
- While informing the VLEs for the workshop, tell them to carry their laptop, if they have,
- Brief them about Apna Dhan and its edge over conventional BC model.
- After the presentation, start installation of device Drivers as per the normal process.(Please refer to the Manual attached),
- Show the end to end installation process and activation over the projector so that it is visible to all the VLEs.
- Also ask the VLEs to follow you step by step.
- To manage this more effectively, you may download all the drivers before the presentation and transfer it to the VLEs laptop by the Pen Drive as per the configuration.
We would further request you to let us know the workshop schedule atleast two days in advance so that, we may assign some one the task to help you in case of any technical glitch through any remote software.
Let us know in case of any clarification/reservation. Any other suggestion for maximising the activation number is always welcome.
