ℹ️ About the Role
The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA-ASET) is seeking a Technical Lead for the AtoZ Arizona initiative, a statewide citizen services portal. You will serve as the primary technical owner, ensuring scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions while working with vendors and agency stakeholders.
✅ Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation for the AtoZ Arizona portal.
- Oversee platform architecture, stability, and technical quality.
- Manage the technical backlog in Jira and validate vendor deliverables.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, configuration, and development support.
- Support integrations (SSO, SAML, OIDC, REST APIs, JSON) and platform upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and state technology standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and create technical documentation/architecture diagrams.
🔹 Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (Developer, Architect, or Lead).
- Experience with ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).
- Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Proven experience overseeing vendor development teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government or public sector environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and release management.
- Ability to create complex architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
