Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications supporting critical business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, expertise in integrations, and the ability to analyze, refactor, and optimize existing solutions. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using Salesforce and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and implement business-critical solutions.
Perform analysis, troubleshooting, reverse engineering, and enhancement of existing codebases.
Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and MuleSoft.
Participate in the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of new applications and enhancements.
Ensure applications comply with organizational, regulatory, and technology standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and system designs.
Support and maintain development, testing, and production environments.
Refactor and redesign existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Work within Agile development methodologies and utilize source control best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or 7+ years of software development experience.
Minimum 7 years of application development experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience serving as a Lead Developer on one or more Salesforce implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
Experience developing Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Advanced experience with MuleSoft integration development.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
Proven ability to analyze, refactor, and optimize existing applications and solutions.
Experience working in Agile development environments and using source control tools.
