From looking at the web site it seems more "art" that "tech".

This coming weekend is the annual Ingenuity Festival in Cleveland, Ohio!
Admission is totally free, and it runs:
* September 16 from 5PM until 1AM
* September 17 from Noon until 1AM
* September 18 from Noon until 5PM
