Quarterly Maintenance amount for Feb 2018 to Apr 2018

Hello All,

 Please find the quarterly Expense sheet for Month  Nov 2017 to  Jan 2018 and expected for Feb 2018 to Apr  2018.

Kindly remit the same by 10th feb. request you to pay "8700/-" for three months per flat. Please be informed, that I am doing the calculations and estimation only. I am only looking at legal issues actively and maintenance is not taken over by anyone yet, Sunil is lending me hand in water maintenance. 

Last quarter expense details are also mentioned and rounded off for convenience. 

Any Queries, please revert by Wednesday (10th Feb). Requesting earliest payment by all. 10th Feb is maximum date. Most of us have let out the properties and any convenience to our tenants will be an issue., so please do timely payments. Since, I won't be around (except for emergencies) please provide support to run it smoothly. Many have made late payments and few members reduced amount, please co-operate. This quarter expenses crossed our estimations hence the amount has increased this quarter.

We have deficit amount due to members non-payment (1 people in last quarter), Please recheck and send the payment along with this quarter.
