Kindly remit the same by 10th Nov. request you to pay "10000/-" for three months per flat. Also lift repair expenses, Hence the amount is being evenly distributed.

Last quarter expense details are also mentioned and rounded off for convenience.

Any Queries, please revert by (19th Nov). Requesting earliest payment by all. 10th Nov maximum date. 

I have listed down all dues till date. Please pay the balance immediately. All accounts pay by 20th Nov max.
