HI Pradeep,

Thank you for bringing to our notice of your intention to install an EV charger in your allotted parking area. Please attach a reference letter you are requesting for discussion with other owners. We may need to call for GBM for this. We are due for the GBM in april 1st week anyways. We shall discuss this matter in that and approve/provide needed feedback.

Also, the vendor name, and the sample photographs of the dimensions of the charger such that it doesn't take too much space either.

I am including our association residents also included as till now we have been taking decisions by including all.

I request you to kindly consider my request and provide me with the NOC at the earliest. Your support in this regard will not only enable me to contribute towards a greener future but also encourage other residents in the apartment complex to follow suit.

Thank you for your prompt response to my request for the installation of an EV charger in my designated parking slot. I understand that the apartment association needs to discuss this matter with other owners and take a collective decision on it. I appreciate the association's commitment to inclusive decision-making and its concern for the well-being of all residents.

As requested, I have provided the vendor's name and sample photographs of the dimensions of the EV charger that I intend to install. The dimensions of the charger are 35 cm in height, 18 cm in length, and 12 cm in width. I can assure you that the charger will not take up too much space and will be installed in such a way that it does not cause any inconvenience to other residents or the common areas.

I understand that the association is due for the GBM in the first week of April, and I am happy to wait until then for a decision to be made.
