Illegal and Unauthorised Construction - Erection of Structures in our Apartment complex

Respected Sir,

         

          Sub: Complaint - TRESSPASS AND THREAT - Illegal and Unauthorized Construction - Erection of Structures in our Apartments - reg.

 

          We  are residing at No.18, Anand Krishna Residency, 12th cross, Maruthi Nagar, Madiwala, Bengaluru - 560068. We are the owner’s of 19 Flat in the apartment. We have a duly registered association for our Apartment, named ANAND KRISHNA RESIDENCY FLAT OWNERS ASSOCIATION. All the common works and maintenance has been carried out through it.

         

          On 30-05-2020 ( 30^th May 2020) and 31^st May 2020 some people had trespassed into the premises and started erecting the sheds and structures at the back of the Parking Area. When preliminary objections were raised by fellow members of the Association against the erection of such unauthorized structure, the people who had trespassed threatened them with life and spoke untoward to pickup quarrel. In order to avoid any further turbulence, members of the association remained quiet and taken photos of the incident.

 

          The criminal trespassers had caused enough damage to the structures including pillars and walls of the outer-compound by drilling screws upon it. The photos attached have revealed the fashion of crack. This structural damage might result in falling of the entire compound in the ‘Moree’ which is running behind.

 

          Amid the crisis of pandemic COVID-19, such unauthorized encroachments have frightened and panicked the flat members. It also risks the lives of many innocent people.

 

          The whole building was impacted by such massive drills. The flat mates have experienced noisy and shocking drills with vibrations that made them anxious and petrified. This illegal erection of structure is detrimental to the interests of all the Flat Owners. In the common interest of all (owners), We urged you to take proper action as expeditiously as possible.
