Please  find the  Expense sheet for Month  Aug to Oct and estimation for Nov to Jan

Kindly remit the same by 10th Nov. request you to pay "9000/-" for three months per flat. We incurred more than 40k for unexpected(lift repair, CCTV repair and Lawer) expenses, but got adjusted in the amount we collected last qtr for maintenance of the apartment. Hence the amount is being evenly distributed.

Last quarter expense details are also mentioned and rounded off for convenience.

Any Queries, please revert by (9th Nov). Requesting earliest payment by all. 10th nov maximum date. 

I have listed down all dues till date. Please pay the balance immediately. All accounts pay by 10th Nov max.
