Please  find the  Expense sheet for Month  Feb to Apr and estimation for May to Jul

Kindly remit the same by 10th Aug. request you to pay "10000/-" for three months per flat. We incurred more than 15k for unexpected expenses and expected 35k expenditure for repairs of gates, cleaning of tanks and repair of some pipes. Hence the amount is being evenly distributed.

Last quarter expense details are also mentioned and rounded off for convenience.

Any Queries, please revert by (9th August). Requesting earliest payment by all. 10th Aug maximum date. 

I have listed down all dues till date. Please pay the balance immediately. All accounts pay by 10th August max.
