Akkaraipattu bus depot OIC arrested

The Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Akkaraipattu main bus depot has been arrested by officials of the Bribery Commission  on 16th for accepting bribes.
OIC has been arrested following a complaint made by a bus driver. According to him the suspect has solicited Rs.200 to record the departure turn time of a bus after the  arrival.
It has been revealed that  suspect was carrying on the task for a long period of time.

Poor fellow arrested for petty sums. Does the bribery commission  not have eyes / ears / sense to arrest all the big fishes all aournd. Or are they too afraid to touch those close to lockcka? What's happening around? Dont our people think one day we have to go below ground??
