Occasionally we have an authorial footnote with more than one marker in the text referring to it.
I assume we should use an <authorialNote> for the first (or at least one) occurrence, just as we do with other, simple authorial footnotes.
For the second and subsequent references, I want to use a <noteRef>, because it's a "marker" and because it has "notes" attributes (@marker, @placement, etc.). But the documentation says that "the element noteRef is a reference to a editorial note placed in the notes metadata section."
May I use a <noteRef> for authorial notes too? If not, should I use a simple <ref>?
