Fall into Fitness! I’m falling for it and am signing up for the 2020 SmartyPants Vitamin USMS Fall Fitness Challenge. I’ll be swimming on 17 November 2020 at 6:00 PM at APU’s Mosely Pool - can’t wait!! I’m challenging ALL AKMS swimmers to join me in this 1-mile swim!
