Another day at Nationals is done. Six state records were set: Shannon Titzel in the 45-59 women's 100 fly; Ruth Carter in the 60-64 women's 50 free and 500 free; Troy Smith in the 40-44 men's 200 IM, and Ray Hamilton in the 75-79 men's 200 back and 200 IM. Twelve additional swims made state top ten times. Way to rock the pool Team Alaska.
